Directions

Using the information found in your Career Report, we recommend for your first search, you start by entering your four Behavioral scores (typically your Natural Style), and your First Motivating Factor. If you also have your Career Interest scores you can add your First Career Interest. This should give you an initial career list to consider based on your top preferences.

Next press the Fetch Career List to see your matches. To view detailed information about a job, click on the job name. To change the salary currency, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the currency you wish and then press the Fetch Career List to see the jobs with the currency you choose.

For further career exploration, go back and search using your Behavioral scores and your Second Motivating Factor, and your Second Career Interest if you have that. You can also add your Behavioral scores, several of your top 3 Motivating Factors, and several of your top Career Interests and see what careers match. (Please note that if you enter your Behavior Scores, your top 3 Motivating Factors and top 3 Career Interests, then the system filters might only list a few careers, and sometimes no careers, that meet all 10 factors).
